"Oh Easter Bunny, bring me a lot of chocolate eggs, please!" I guess that is what everybody wishes for today. I rather have none at home, so I guess I'll have to do it with these delicious ChocoCaramel cookies. But I have no regrets because they are just as good and maybe even better aaand they are a lot healthier too haha, that is just a little bonus. I was just experimenting in the kitchen and BOOM! these amazing cookies came out of the oven in no-time. Curious to know the recipe? Read on....
Oh YUM! Just look at this close-up? Wouldn't you want to die for this hahah.... That melted chocolate, the running caramel. This is just better than anything I've imagined - THA BOMB! They are so easy to make, you don't need a lot of ingredients (any special ones I linked them to the webshop) and you can enjoy them within the hour you make them!
I also wanted to make sure I used some FAIRTRADE products to make sure that at least 50% of my cookies also contribute to a happy & equal world. Cookies are supposed to make you happy, but also the products that are in them could come from a happy and loved farmer. The food industry is one of the most underpaid industries around the world, which is very sad unfortunately. Although, on the other hand, if I can, I try to buy as much organic & local and fairtrade products to support the farmers!
