How great is to wake up EVERY single morning with the thoughts of Spring coming closer in my head. You see the flowers popping out of the ground again, the days get longer again AND fruits are getting back in season. I would say that Spring is one of my favourite seasons of all. It makes me happy, delighted and more motivated than those dark & rainy winter days.
Most of the time (during the whole year) you see me having quite colourful kind-of-oatmeal bowls AND since it was requested A LOT I will share my favourite recipe with you... Read on if you got curious!

How to prepare:
1. Put the oats and the water/almond milk together in a pan with a little bit of cinnamon.
2. Stir until distributed and bring to a boil or to where the oats are starting to get thicker.
3. Then add little bits of the banana and make sure to add some extra water when the oatmeal is getting too sticky.
4. keep stirring until the oats & the banana get a little sticky again.
5. Take it for the heat, keep stirring and add some water and the protein powder. Stir until all the protein powder is absorbed and then put it back on the heat for heating up (+/- 5min).
6. Put everything into a bowl and top it with the blueberries, strawberries and nuts. (if you want to add anything else, your welcome to do so!)
7. TADA! Now you've created my favourite-kind-of-oatmeal in the morning...
